Added Standards-based Grades to Students - Single View

Standards-based grades are now available in the "Grades" tab on Students - Single View for Admins and Instructors.

Import Report Card Attendance

Schools/Districts that use another system for tracking attendance can now import Present, Absent and Tardy totals to the report card using csv files.

Show Grading Scales at the Top on Progress Reports

Added the ability to show grading scales at the top of progress reports even if "Summary" is not being shown.
