Highly Customizable

Traditional Report Cards
By default, TeacherEase can generate traditional report cards right "out of the box" with a great deal of flexibility.

 

Standards-based Report Cards
TeacherEase can also generate skills-based elementary and/or standards-based report cards. Help parents understand what skills are being taught and how well students are learning them. Report performance on selected state standards or create your own list of skills (ie - Kindergarten skills, 1st grade skills, etc).

Integrated with GradeBook
The TeacherEase gradebook and report card modules are tightly integrated. Once grades are in the gradebook, they can be imported into the report card with just a click. This saves teachers' time at the end of a marking period. Multiple teachers can work simultaneously on the same report cards.

 

Run Reports on Student Achievement
Various reports can be run on report card data. Easily identify struggling students, generate honor rolls, academic warning lists, etc.

 

Integrated with SchoolInsight
When used with SchoolInsight, easily run transcripts to manage student performance over time. Report cards and grade reporting are part of a comprehensive system to manage your entire school and district.

Note: Because of their customizability, report cards must be setup by an admin and are NOT available to individual teachers registering over the Internet. TeacherEase Report Cards are included in the SchoolInsight Core Student Management Module. So if a customer purchases SchoolInsight, they get report cards too. For TeacherEase-only customers, report cards can be purchased separately.
