The teachers at Triangle Day School in Durham, NC, have been using SchoolInsight
and TeacherEase for two years. The programmers helped turn our quite lengthy
Lower School report card into a very user-friendly report mechanism.
They did a great job with our Middle School report card too.
When report card time approaches, teachers simply import their grades from the
gradebook directly into the report card. It’s so incredibly easy to use.
We also use the attendance function of SchoolInsight. Teacher training was minimal,
and the ability to track our students’ tardies and absences has been enhanced beyond belief.
Also, the attendance now shows up on our report cards, and this is very helpful for our parents.
The teachers enjoy the ease-of-use with the online gradebook.
When the teachers were originally trained, we did not spend but 20 minutes
with the entire group before they were biting at the bit to get to work on
the program by themselves. Most every question the teachers have about functionality

the needs of a small school. We have found it to be a very good system with enough flexibility
to generate various custom reports. The mass edit feature allows fixing several records with one entry.
I am also impressed with their support system. It is easy to send a quick email from any page in
the system and they respond promptly. The fact that it is web-based means I never have to back up or
